2025 HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
IN VISUAL ARTS

The Escondido Art Association announces its 2025 Art Scholarship Program for graduating high school Seniors gifted in the arts and currently enrolled in any Escondido-based high school. A total of $1,000 in Scholarship money will be awarded as follows: $500-First Place, $250-Second Place, $150-Third Place, and two $50 Honorable Mention awards.  You will receive a one-month Gallery Exhibition opportunity and Gallery Reception event, entirely free of charge. 

In order to compete, students must: (1) fill out an online Scholarship Application; which includes uploading: (2) a letter of recommendation from their scholarship coordinator/art teacher; (3)  a personal essay about their interest in art; and (4) submit three pieces of artwork (originals).  Size limit same as Framing Guidelines 36" on either side. ONLINE APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEB. 24

ARTWORK DROP-OFF:
Saturday, MARCH 1 (b/n 11am-4pm)

GALLERY RECEPTION: MARCH 8 (3PM)

ARTWORK PICKUP: APRIL 4 (11am-5pm)
