Has it's privileges!  Membership is open to artists of ALL LEVELS of artistic skill and mastery. We want to be your community gallery, open to all!

Once you become a member, don't forget these Artist Actions:

ART TAKE-IN is the 1st Saturday of every month at the Gallery 11am-4pm.  You can bring up to 3 pieces of art. Click for pricing, framing rules, and  SUBMISSION GUIDELINES. The Escondido Art Association Gallery is located at 121 W. Grand Avenue in Historic Escondido. Take-in cost for non-members is $30 for first entry, $5 for each additional entry (up to 3 entries). Take-in cost for artist members is $20 for first entry and $5 for each additional entry (up to 3 entries). Take-in cost for active military, veterans and students is $10 for first entry and $5 for each additional entry (up to 3 entries). 

DEMO (monthly) is always on the Thursday after Take-in at 6:30pm at the California Center for the Arts Escondido. The Live Art Demonstration is done by the judge for that month's show in the gallery. He or she paints for two hours live at the CCAE and this demonstration event is always free and open to the public.  Bring a friend!  The California Center for the Arts Escondido is located at 340 N. Escondido Blvd., Escondido, CA 92025.


GALLERY RECEPTION is the 2nd Saturday of every month 4-6pm at the Escondido Art Association Gallery located at 121 W. Grand Avenue in Historic Escondido. Artists get together to see the exhibition, meet and talk with other artists and enjoy refreshments. Visit us at a Reception and bring a friend!

ART TAKE-IN, DEMO and RECEPTION are all open to both MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS (with price differentials, see Submission Guidelines).

Also, Please be advised that Escondido Art Association is an ALL VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATION. That means that we have established expectations that you WILL VOLUNTEER a portion of your time to our events, volunteer opportunities, take-in dates, live art demo dates, and/or receptions. We all need to work TOGETHER to make the EAA a big success! And THANK YOU!
