VOLUNTEER ROLES

THESE ARE ACTUAL TITLED ROLES WITH EAA: 

Volunteer Coordinator:
Duties:
*1st Saturday monthly 11am-4pm
*Fill calendar book with sitters.
*Send email with Weekly reminder of who sits at which shift to sitters
*Occasional training of new members

MUST HAVE EMAIL.
MUST BE AVAILABLE EVERY 1ST SATURDAY MONTHLY
Time requirement: 1st Sat. monthly all day at gallery, and then limited hours from home on email, probably less than 1 hour per week. 


Marketing Assistant Director:
Duties:
*Monthly multiple postings to several Arts Networks online. [You will be given all information about how to post and a google drive link to all bios of judges, information, flyers, etc. You will not be req’d to write any press releases.]

MUST HAVE COMPUTER ACCESS AND COMFORT
Time requirement: limited and at home on computer only.


Social Media Assistant Director:
Duties:
Review and post content created by Interns to Instagram, Facebook.
May make posts on Canva, have familiarity with Canva. 

MUST HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA FAMILIARITY
Time requirement: some events for photography and video content, as well as mostly home on computer/phone work up to 5-8 hours weekly.


Gallery Co-Director (Board position):
Duties:
Serve alongside the current Director who travels extensively, so you will need to be completely trained in all gallery procedures. You will occasionally train new members on POS; do once monthly gallery deposit from cash drawer to Treasurer’s inbox; manage cash drawer with appropriate minimum cash levels; rent pedestals to interested jewelry artists; sit gallery once per week one shift (these will be your office hours so to speak to tell new people to come find you in the gallery during this time for questions/training); attend monthly board meetings; present gallery report monthly; monthly reception award ribbons; host monthly reception (set up, clean up); help with annual gala and special events.

MUST BE AVAILABLE 5-8 HOURS PER WEEK (mostly in gallery)
