ALSO NOTE THAT SUBMISSIONS HAVE TEMPORARILY REDUCED TO 2 ENTRIES PER PERSON PER EXHIBITION (UP TO 36" ON ANY SIDE)  DUE TO INCREASED NUMBER OF ENTRIES. 

Art Take-in is the 1st Saturday of every month in-person at the EAA Gallery, located at 121 W. Grand Avenue in Historic Escondido. Bring up to 2 pieces of art (not to exceed 36" on either side), your fee, and your submission form between 11am-4pm. 

Take-in cost for non-members is $30 for first entry, $5 for each additional entry (up to 2 entries). Take-in cost for artist members is $20 for first entry and $5 for each additional entry (up to 2 entries). Take-in cost for active military, veterans and students is $10 for first entry and $5 for each additional entry (up to 2 entries).  

No entries over 36" on either side, including frame.

No entries will be accepted that are not properly wired via the guidelines.

Escondido Art Association has strict hanging requirements for paintings. Please do not submit work that is not hung properly.

HOW TO SIT GALLERY

Artist members who submit artwork monthly are encouraged to "Sit Gallery" for a 3 hour shift during the month of their show (or pay a $10 fee to opt out).

Training will be provided.  It's fun, easy, and a great way to find out MORE about what's going on at Escondido Art Association. Contact Volunteer Coordinator Dave Allen for more information: [email protected]
